A few tips to file a claim:
For the fastest response: visit carrierlist.parkwayinsurancegroup.com click on your insurance carrier to get their 24 hour claim line>contact them to file a claim via phone or through their online portal.
You can email us at info@parkwayinsurancegroup.com if you unsure of who your carrier is and we will either contact you by phone or email you with this information and/or assist you with filing the claim.
We understand that many, who were not in flood zones, do not have flood insurance; therefore, we encourage you to file a claim immediately with FEMA:
Visit DisasterAssistance.gov to apply for assistance online. If you experience difficulty applying online, you may also call (800) 621-3362 / TTY (800) 462-7585 to apply during standard hours of operation (7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time), 7 days a week. You can also check your application status at DisasterAssistance.gov.
